With over 14 years of experience in marketing and sales, I am a passionate and creative leader who strives to deliver exceptional results for my clients and partners. I have a strong background in healthcare marketing, with a focus on digital and print ads, social media, website design, and contract negotiations. I currently manage the marketing budget and initiatives for three internal companies at Delaware Orthopaedic Specialists, a large practice with 200+ employees, 25+ physicians, and 6 locations across New Castle County.In my current role, I report directly to the CEO and Executive Committee Board, coordinating both internal and external marketing collateral for the practice. I oversee all marketing messaging across various channels and manage vendor relationships to execute cost-effective contract negotiations. I am also responsible for leading multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. I work closely with the clinical and operational teams to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the referral process.My project management experience includes setting clear project objectives, managing timelines, allocating resources, and tracking deliverables. I have successfully driven initiatives that have resulted in increased referral volumes, enhanced brand awareness, and improved patient satisfaction ratings. Some of the tools I use daily include Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Social Climb, Social Media and website/content management platforms. Additionally, I am certified in Google Ad Search, Google Analytics, and HubSpot Email Marketing.
