About Kimberly Watson

Several years of leadership opportunities delivered many personal rewards as I encouraged and helped others achieve success. Inspired through others, I completed my Bachelor of Science(BS) in Integrated Leadership Studies and my Masters in Science Administration (MSA) with a focus on Workforce Development. Currently I serve as a Business Consultant and Project Manager for the Defense Commissary Agency(DeCA) contracted through Koniag Government Services. I support and engage end users in enhanced analytics, cataloging, merchandising, financials, inventory, warehousing, and point-of-sale. Business systems which are all used to support and enhance military commissary operations worldwide. The opportunity to be employed by Koniag and support DeCA has been an incredible experience. Koniag is a excellent company with exceptional leadership and corporate culture. I appreciate the knowledge I have acquired through this opportunity as I have fine tuned skills towards project management, analytics, training and development, implementation, deployment, and sustainability. I have gained significant experience, insight, and passion towards the value of preparing the workforce for change and the power behind purpose. Working with teams in Europe, Japan, Korea, and Guam has provided me personal leadership growth in diversity and inclusion. Traveling to various locations throughout the world allowed me to observe and learn from others in their customs and manners of how they interact and approach their daily work with an honorable balance of personal life. I am humbled, proud and honored to support amazing, committed, and hardworking people exercising important and extensive efforts to support Military families worldwide. I look forward to continued learning, growth and success in Workforce Development.
