About Kimberly Wilson

Ms. Wilson is a civil attorney licensed in both Texas and New Mexico who has worked with individuals and corporations in litigation matters as well as providing representation before various state and federal agencies. Her experience includes representation of multiple healthcare provider companies, individual healthcare providers and counselors, hotels, multi-family residences and property management companies, commercial property owners, insurers, private clubs, transportation companies, and banking institutions. Ms. Wilson enjoys the opportunity to learn her clients' businesses and find ways to improve existing processes while simultaneously generating productivity for clients. She is constantly on a mission to find ways to avoid or diminish risk. Her entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in both her team approach to litigation matters and her interest in looking toward the future with her clients to plan not only for today, but with an eye towards future development and success. Ms. Wilson is committed to improving her community and is proud of her long relationship in serving patient families and supporting staff at Children's Medical Center Dallas, including her role with the Mother's Day and New Year's Eve dinners. She has also served on the Dallas Association of Young Lawyer's Board and has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity through the Dallas Bar Association. She also greatly enjoys mentoring young lawyers and high school students.
