As a Cyber Security Analyst at Hatch, a leading engineering and construction company, I apply my skills and certifications in firewall administration, help desk support, and industry standards to protect the company's network and data from cyber threats. I also collaborate with the IT team and other departments to provide technical support and guidance, and to ensure compliance with security policies and best practices. I have a strong background in information technology, with a Post Diploma from College of New Caledonia and a Bachelor of Science. I started my career as a Junior IT Support Technician at OAK + FORT, a fashion retailer, where I gained experience in troubleshooting, sales, and management. I then joined Hatch as a Service Desk Technician, where I demonstrated my customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, and earned the CSS and FOA certifications. I also obtained the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification to enhance my knowledge of cloud computing and security. I am passionate about learning new technologies and staying updated with the latest trends and developments in the cyber security field.
