As Co-Founder of Kimiana, I partner with small and mid-sized companies to deliver enterprise technology consulting and performance coaching. From system audits and vendor selection to implementation and team enablement, we help businesses build scalable infrastructure and resilient cultures. As CEO of Vascular International, I lead a company dedicated to advancing surgical education through high-fidelity simulation and hands-on training. We prepare the next generation of vascular surgeons with the skills, confidence and precision they need in the operating room while promoting safety, standardization and lifelong learning. I also advise early-stage startups and support ventures exploring the future of learning, health and sustainability. As co-host of the Tech & Thrive podcast, I facilitate conversations about technology, resilience and sustainable growth. My background spans global IT program management at Schindler, IT strategy consulting at BCG and building ventures from the ground up. Across every role, I focus on turning complexity into clarity and helping people and systems perform at their best without losing what matters most.
