I’m highly motivated Intralogistics Manager with over twenty years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Managing a large entity, challenges me in a positive way, every day. I try to help and guide my team members as much as possible to succeed. I believe coaching leadership and teamwork. Best results can’t be achieved by doing things alone. Good communication skills are definitely one of my strenghts. To succeed in this role it requires among others wide scale knowledge of system side also. SAP ERP, SAP EWM and SAP TM are modules which are very familiar to me. My career includes also four year of WMS project work including succesfull go-live. My work experience in the company in various positions combined with my studies have helped me to manage large entities. Experience from different kind of processes in supply chain has been very beneficial overall. I would say that knowing and understanding the whole supply chain, also system wise, plays a key role. Continuous self-development and also development of operations with colleagues is one big thing which drives me on day after day.
