I am a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager located in Sydney, Australia. My professional objective is to assist senior management achieve their business goals by successfully delivering their Business and Technology projects. My commercial experience extends to managing programs and projects in the media, FMCG, telecommunications, financial services, banking, logistics, funds management, State and Federal Government and Automotive Finance and Dealership sectors. I have significant experience working closely with senior management in managing concurrent business and IT solutions. The project teams that I lead range from large international teams to small local teams. I am an exponent of PMBOK, RAD/JAD (iterative) and Agile (Scrum) project methodologies. I have managed complex projects like Process Optimisation, Yield management, Digital Ad Product and Origination Optimisation, Security Governance, VPN roll-outs, Asset decommissioning; massive data transition / transformation projects; Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence application integration; application system integration, Security and IT infrastructure implementation.
