A multilingual professional with a decade of experience across higher education and creative industry in the UK and India. My career narrative has evolved and continues to do so. From contributing to the entrepreneurial landscape through the delivery of multiple projects at the University of Derby to launching my own fashion business in India, I am driven by a passion for empowering the community and fostering growth. Working across sectors and has refined my communication and collaboration skills which has deepened my ability to deliver operational efficiency. With a Master’s in Advanced Accountancy, Bachelor’s in Business Management, and hands-on entrepreneurial experience, I bring both academic rigor and practical insight to my work. My recent ILM Level 2 certification has enriched my leadership journey. I am currently preparing for PMP exams in project management. My commitment to ongoing growth is guided by the belief that genius is 1% inspiration, 99% perspiration. I thrive on exploring and implementing new innovative ideas and processes.
