About Kinga Chojnacka

From language courses to medicine, people and their needs have always been at the center of my focus. I started in training sales, where I learned that each client has a different story – you need to know how to listen and tailor solutions to individual needs. Later, I entered the world of financial software. While helping users navigate accounting systems, I discovered that their problems and ideas were real inspiration for product improvement. That's when I became interested in UX. Today, as Head of Patient Success & Growth: I optimize user journeys, I ensure clear communication between doctors and patients, I conduct user research, I implement improvements based on user feedback. Regardless of the industry, it's understanding user needs that allows us to create solutions that truly work.
