As an Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase, I am behind the financial, operational, and technological change within the Global Technology (GT) Infrastructure organization of the world's biggest bank. With over 10 years of experience in strategic planning and execution, I oversee senior IT teams to deliver end-to-end enterprise services strategy, including public cloud migration efforts. I am also actively engaged in driving strategic investment decisions, mergers and acquisitions, and firmwide technology cost and productivity optimization efforts. I support and improve the GT infrastructure organizational governance and planning process, enable improved workforce management for technology leaders, and improve tooling and reporting on tech initiatives.
