With over eight years of experience in the IT industry, I have developed strong skills and knowledge in Windows, Office, Active Directory, SCCM, VPN, McAfee, Red Box, Sophos, Checkpoint, SysAid, and Jira. I hold MCSA, CompTIA A+, Network+, and Cloud Essentials certifications, and I am constantly updating my skills and knowledge to stay ahead of the latest technologies and trends. I am a self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic individual who can work hard using my own initiative or as part of a busy team. I have experience of working under pressure in fast-moving work environments, and I can adapt quickly to different situations and react effectively when dealing with challenging issues. I have strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner, and I am fluent in English and Polish. I am flexible with the ability to multi-task and an excellent problem solver who can complete all tasks successfully.
