I graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2017 and have been a practicing kinesiologist ever since, certified under the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). With a focus on active health and rehabilitation during my studies, he has extensive knowledge with exercise prescription and specializes in active rehabilitation and performance training. I take an approach that looks at the entire body as a connected system and addresses muscular imbalances.
