About Kinza Arif

I am a dedicated educator and leader, deeply committed to transforming education in Pakistan. My journey began at Forman Christian College, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Education with a notable grade of 3.224/4.00, igniting my passion for educational equity.Furthering my quest for excellence, I pursued an M.Phil in Educational Leadership and Management at the University of Management and Technology, Lahore. My focus on Quality Management in Higher Education led to a groundbreaking thesis on transformative learning, earning me a high grade of 3.84/4.00. To stay abreast of evolving educational needs, I completed a Quality Assurance and Management course at the Pakistan Institute of Management in 2022 and excelled in online courses from the University of Michigan and Erasmus University Rotterdam, specializing in crisis management, diversity, and academic assessment.I have been working as the Assistant Manager of Institutional Effectiveness since September 2021, where I have been instrumental in implementing strategic assessment tools and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Parallelly, since September 2023, I have been teaching as as an Adjunct Faculty member at Forman Christian College in the department of Education. Volunteering has been integral to my career. I have contributed significantly as a Remote Curriculum Consultant for AIM NGO, developing language curricula for adult women, and as a volunteer with The Miracle School Trust and First Presbyterian Church Pakistan, bringing innovative educational solutions to underprivileged students.These experiences have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to drive positive educational transformations in Pakistan. As I continue on this path, I'm now eager to embark on the next chapter of my career and continue my journey towards making a meaningful educational impact.
