I specialize in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams through influence, clarity, and well-defined standards, with a focus on reliable delivery, risk mitigation, and long-term sustainability.In my current role, I lead and mentor large cohorts of software, data, and engineering professionals across multiple agile teams, overseeing end-to-end delivery of client-facing and internal projects. My work emphasizes strong governance, documentation discipline, and proactive risk management to ensure teams are deployment-ready and aligned with organizational and client requirements.I have partnered with enterprise and public-sector organizations, including U.S. federal agencies and global technology firms, where reliability, compliance, and security awareness were essential. These experiences have shaped my leadership approach: building trust through consistency, supporting teams through clear expectations, and creating systems that scale without sacrificing quality.Prior to engineering management, I designed and implemented performance and training frameworks that improved engineering consistency and significantly increased client retention.
