About Kip Crawford

As a DEA Compliance Analyst at Teva Pharmaceuticals, I apply my extensive knowledge of federal and state regulations, standard operating procedures, and anti-diversion programs to ensure the safe and legal storage and distribution of controlled substances. I have over three years of experience in this role, and I am a certified trainer for the Research and Development department, where I provide compliance guidance and deliver training programs to other business units. Prior to becoming a DEA Compliance Analyst, I was a Transdermal Development Process Technician Lead, where I managed 17 employees, created daily assignments, directed department trainings, and assisted with process qualifications and new technology implementation. I have a bachelor's degree in Sociology and a certificate in Criminology and Corrections from the University of Utah, and I am passionate about applying behavioral science insights to improve my performance and well-being. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience in compliance, audit, reporting, and training to contribute to Teva Pharmaceuticals' mission of improving health and making people feel better.
