About Kira Slabaugh

With over 15 years of experience in the sales industry, I am passionate about building strong partnerships and helping people succeed. As the East Coast Sales Manager at Alliance Workforce Solutions, I oversee all sales, new business, client management and operations of the region, as well as recruitment and placements for various sectors, including Distribution, Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain and Aerospace. I excel at managing marketing efforts, such as attending networking events, creating marketing and advertising materials, managing social media accounts, and forming and maintaining relationships with community resources. I also handle all sales and business development tactics, such as cold calling, emailing prospects, researching leads, and scheduling sales meetings with potential clients. I create sales presentations and proposals, write contracts, negotiate terms, and maintain positive business relationships with all existing accounts. Additionally, I manage a team of recruiters to ensure that orders are filled with qualified candidates and that clients are satisfied with our services.
