About Kiran Balkhande

I’m a Mechanical Engineer passionate about precision, automation, and making technology work smarter for people. With expertise in CMM programming, 3D scanning, calibration, and quality assurance, I help organizations achieve world-class accuracy in manufacturing and inspection. Innovation in Action:I recently designed and implemented an automated reporting workflow by connecting PolyWorks inspection software with a customized Excel template. This innovation:Reduced manpower requirements from 6–7 engineers to just 3–4Lowered operating costs while handling additional parts with higher efficiencyFreed up skilled engineers to contribute to other projects, increasing overall productivity and revenue capacitySuccessfully transitioned the process to my team for long-term sustainability🤖 Exploring the Future:Currently, I’m working on robotic automation projects, focusing on scanner integration with robotic arms and expanding into other advanced robotic applications. This area excites me because it merges precision engineering with the next era of smart manufacturing. Beyond Engineering:With LinkedIn followers, I’m committed to sharing knowledge, inspiring engineers, and promoting positivity in our profession. My goal is to be a bridge between technical expertise and industry influence, encouraging collaboration and continuous learning.
