I'm particularly skilled at understanding target audiences, diving into demographics, and building strong brand identities that capture the essence of a brand. My journey from an entrepreneur to leading marketing efforts has given me a unique perspective. From 2013 to 2024, I built my skills in the fast-paced world of digital marketing agencies, developing a deep understanding of what makes customers tick. During this time, I had the opportunity to work with renowned brands like Nickelodeon India, Ed-a-Mamma, Wacoal, Muthoot FinCorp, and ErgoYou, Lupin Pharma. Now, as Head of Department for Marketing & Branding at Sarjak Container Lines, a leader in the Shipping and Logistics industry, I'm excited to bring that entrepreneurial spirit to a global stage, leading marketing initiatives with a focus on building brand visibility through customer-centric strategies. My agency background helps me ensure we're always maximising the impact of our marketing investments. I believe in leading with empathy and fostering a collaborative team environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute their best. Seeing my team members grow and succeed is what motivates me. I'm always learning and adapting, staying on top of the latest trends to ensure we're ahead of the curve. Outside of work, I'm a proud mom to a 13-year-old son, enjoy the daily dose of purrs and cuddles from my feline companion, and occasionally channel my inner TED speaker to share a motivational message or offer a listening ear in the circle – because everyone needs a little guidance, and who doesn't love a good story?
