Responsible for taking incoming support calls and emails and creating support tickets in CMS. •Initial troubleshooting on involved SAN technologies Replication, Failover (High Availability), Mirroring, iSCSI and FC client connection issues, Snapshots/TimeMarks etc. •Performing information and log collection from customers and escalating cases to L3 after initial analysis for further review. •Troubleshooting Linux, Virtual Tape Libraries solutions(VTL,DSI VTL and FalconStor StorSafe), TCP, iSCSI and Fibre Channel, Failover, Replication, Mirroring, Snapshots/TimeMark, Snapshot Resource Area (SRA), VMWare ESX/ESXI VMs, DiskSafe/FileSafe, IMA, Hypertrac,Failback Manager. •Dealt with Different hardware vendor to resolve customer's issues and making sure customer was delivered with the parts by the vendors. •Assisting with maintaining the FC switches, servers and storage units in the lab.
