About Kiran Fuller

I am currently serving in the US Navy as a Weapons and Tactics Instructor at The Maritime Patrol and Recconaissance Weapon School where I manage a team that develops and instructs graduate level course curriculum to enhance fleet efficiency, effectiveness, and lethality. Additionally I participate in software and program development, train and operate the Advanced Airborne Sensor, and manage other military projects.As a member of the US Navy's vollunteer force, I have operated in many diverse and challenging environments around the world with complex civilian and military groups. This has allowed me to learn and perform time, task, data, resource, and personnel management, leadership, community outreach, problem solving and most importantly, effective communication in high threat/stress enviornments. These experiences and learned areas of expertise have enabled me to succeed in every position I have had the honor to serve in. I have continued to prove through my integrity, work ethic, devotion, and loyalty that I can be useful in any task thrown my way. My unwavering need to better myself and solve problems has resulted in changes to how the fleet executes missions and trains personnel. This exemplery performance and mindset has garnished many awards inside the Navy and recognition from groups outside of my platform and the Navy.
