As an IT Support & Supply Chain Specialist with a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) credential, I have a strong background in both technical and management aspects of engineering and business. I completed my master's degree in Engineering Technology and Business Management from the University of Leeds in Sep 2022, where I learned about engineering innovation, supply chain & logistics, project management, and business analytics. I have also gained valuable experience in delivering and implementing Oracle cloud solutions at Shepley Spring Limited, where I worked as an IT Support Technician & Supply Chain for three months. I coordinated and supported suppliers and customers, planned and scheduled deliveries, and reported on supply chain performance and productivity, achieving a 10% improvement. Previously, I worked as a Supply Chain Assistant at Kiran Enterprises Ltd for a year, where I managed inventory levels, conducted regular stock checks, facilitated transportation and storage of goods, and coordinated logistics. I am passionate about learning new advances and strategies in business and engineering, and helping my clients and company achieve their visions and goals. I am highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player, with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
