About Kiran Kumar Ranganathan

The journey of R Kiran Kumar ( Kiran ) Journey as Brand Consultant & Creative Strategists began way in the year 1990 as applied artist, graphic designer & brand designer. His career started in at Grafitec a design studio those days now a full-fledged branding and design strategy firm. He inculcated art through blood. His father, his 'Guru’, Late. Sri E. Ranganathan, knowing his son's competence, aptly moulded Kiran's career in the right direction. There was no looking back for Kiran, once he started training under his able father, who was a fine art graduate himself from Kalamandir School of arts, way back in 1968. His father passed on the legacy of business & passion to Kiran. An Alumni of the famous Kumaran’s School, Kiran took to designing immediately after completing his graduation from Vijaya Evening college. His prodigious training included Colour Separation, Graphic design, Lithography, Info graphics, Design Strategy, Branding, Art direction etc. which made him the 'Chosen One' in the print & digital media. The road to this height was etched in hard work, patience and lots & lots of sketches. His father Sri Ranganathan, a creative person himself, was a hard man to please. But Kiran, determined to get a pat on his back, would sit & work laboriously to fine tune each & every detail on the paper. Each of these hand drawn paper works were master artworks which had sharpness equivalent to computer generated high quality printouts. All this hard and art work has groomed him to be the man with razor sharp exactitude, with more than two decades of experience has made Kiran crisp, simple & very effective & creative in delivering success to his clients. His expertise in developing the Concept, Art direction, Logo design, Graphic design, Design Strategy, Brand & Corporate Identity, Typography, Editorial Design, Web Design, info graphics, Digital Marketing creatives, Illustration & Print Production, has put Grafitec a step ahead of his competitors.
