About Kiran Nagdev

I'm a passionate storyteller and co-founder at The Ensemble. With over 13 years soaking in the media and entertainment world I've traversed a colourful journey. Formerly I wore multiple hats—writing producing and collaborating with industry giants like Times Network Network 18 ALTBalaji Sony Pictures Pvt Ltd and Bloomberg Quint. Have worked as a Director's Associate on a feature film and that decision unraveled my true calling —storytelling. Since then I've woven narratives into three personal short films. 'The Gift' and 'Noor' are now on Disney+Hotstar. 'What If I Fail' voyaged through prestigious film festivals like the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne Bangalore International Short Film Festival and IFFSA Toronto to name a few. During the pandemic shake-up I discovered my entrepreneurial streak. Leading Frizzon Productions I spearheaded a team of 30+ creative minds delivering 6000+ ed-tech & graphic-led videos over a span of 2 years. Simultaneously I directed and produced branded content series and digital commercials for big names like Times Network Loco and My Team 11. Fast forward to today I'm the Co-founder of The Ensemble an exciting venture where we're crafting the next chapter of storytelling magic.
