More than 24 years of varied experience in the educational field starts from an Office Administration, Back Office Services, Human Resource Management, New Course Curriculum Development, Set-up institute infrastructure, writing business proposals, Making institute budget, Business development activities, student placements and tie-up, Campus Recruitment, Admission Process, Academic Administration, Examination and Evaluation process. Involved in the activities especially in NGO, Educational Institution/Trust & Company Management. Having vast experience in Project Writing, CSR Project Approvals, Govt. Permissions, Obtaining Licenses and Permissions and Making Project Implementing Policies. Having multiple skills in an education administration and general administration department. Capable in drafting MOU, framing statute based on the approval received from governing authorities related to the university authorities, drafting sample draft of ordinances based on the approval of governing authorities related to the university activities. Drafting proposal for obtaining grants etc. Having vast experienced in educational field and running NGO. Currently working with ITM GROUP OF INSTITUTION & also involved in Pragatee Foundation as a founder member and President.
