As an organized and resourceful Mortgage Loan Officer with over six years of experience in the ever-changing housing market, I have extensive real estate knowledge and a proven track record of client education. My expertise in mathematical accuracy and following financial regulations has enabled me to become a result-oriented professional in Client Relationship Management, Retail Loans, Mortgage Finance, Bank Operations Management, Business Development & Financial Advisory Services. My capabilities in coordinating with internal/external customers for running successful business operations, implementing procedures, and service standards for business excellence, and maintaining cordial relationships with clients to achieve quality product and service norms by resolving their service-related critical issues are second to none. As an effective communicator with strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, I possess a flexible & detail-oriented attitude with leadership qualities and organizational abilities. My previous roles at ICICI Bank Ltd, Axis Bank Ltd, SBI Cap Securities Home Loan, and Kotak Mahindra Bank have allowed me to develop and maintain relationships with local real estate agents and developers, establish and maintain trusted and effective relationships with existing clients, and cross-sell them other banking products like Term Insurance, General Insurance, personal and business accounts. Aside from my banking career, I have also worked as a Security Supervisor and Vigilance Officer. I have provided effective leadership to the security team, implemented security plans, and dealt with emergencies to sort out the situation on an immediate basis. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2014. I have also completed AML & KYC compliance as of November 2022. I am passionate about process improvement, customer service, and financial planning, and enjoy pursuing these interests outside of my professional life.
