Total 14 years of Experience in production support, migration, configuration and implementation, Transformation Projects, operation testing and Development in IT service delivery industry. In overall years span of my career I have successfully completed transformation projects of multiple applications, few to name are Amdocs Billing and Processes, Fraud Management Systems, Centralized LOG management etc. and Data Center Migration. Currently working and responsible for Hadoop transformation projects testing and it's requirement gathering and analysis and implementation. Experience in leading and handling Fraud management system and Revenue Assurance. Expertise in various billing applications and it's business processes TRB, customer management, Account Receivable, Collection, Resource manager etc. Experience in Consolidation and Migration in merging of Vodafone and Idea brand. Proficient in various modules of BSCS 6.0 and AMDOCS 7.5 Enabler Telecom Billingand provisioning System. On-site experience for Amdocs Billing system roll-outs from legacy system(BSCS 6.0)in Vodafone India Circles. Experienced in BIG DATA Hadoop application tool HDFS, Hive, Ambari, YARN in Production support. Experienced and expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL Query writing,optimization and query analyzing. Experienced and having good exposure in Unix shell scripting and commands. Train and guiding to team members about the new projects and functionality of several business processes.
