About Kirby Pearson

Kirby Pearson has been in the real estate industry for almost 20 years, and is the Founder and Managing Broker of Pearson Realty Group. After graduating with a Finance degree from the University of Wisconsin, he built a successful commodity brokerage firm owning seats on the Chicago Board of Trade (CME). His company KGP Inc. was one of the largest treasury futures brokers at the Chicago Board of Trade doing business for the majority of large brokerage firms, banks, and hedge funds. During this period, Mr. Pearson bought and sold many distressed properties discovering his passion for real estate. In May of 2009, Pearson Realty Group was first established with only a handful of dedicated brokers. In 2014, Mr. Pearson was ranked 23rd in the nation in Transactions by Sides' according to Real Trends, The Thousand as published in the Wall Street Journal. Today, Pearson Realty Group has achieved top 1% sales records for high volume transactions in the Chicagoland area for multiple years in a row.
