Current: Founder and Inventor – Retail Data Factory.Prior: Head of Analytics and Big Data at Auchan Eastern Europe Before starting Retail Data Factory Kirill had 15-year career (2002-2018) at Auchan Retail. During that period Auchan Retail in Eastern Europe has experienced a high pace of growth and expansion, starting with first opening in 2002 and progressing to 300+ stores in with multibillion turnover. This has been followed with huge demand for analytics and data management. During this amazing time of challenges and opportunities Kirill and his team has engineered and delivered successfully 200+ projects and multiple analytical and data management solutions to support company expansion while keeping in line with high pace worldwide enterprise technology development and transformation.Auchan Eastern Europe has been playing an important part in the global IT transformation of Auchan Group. Since 2013 Kirill has been nominated as Head of Analytics and Big Data at Auchan Eastern Europe and Eastern Europe. While being on this position Kirill has established a highly experienced and innovative community of Big Data analysts and engineers across Eastern Europe countries of Auchan Retail (Ukraine, Russia, Hungary, Romania). As a leader of this team Kirill have built a strategy, invented and implemented several key Big Data solutions which provided significant business value and return on investment as well as strong foundation for data management practice around Eastern Europe in Auchan Retail. Among these were: Commercial Data sharing, OSA Analytics, Purchase negotiations analytics and more.While being Big Data leader Kirill was an active member of IT International Architecture Workgroup in Auchan Retail representing Eastern Europe countries and providing governance and guidelines in the areas of Private and Public Cloud Platforms, Databases, Big Data, Software design and Microservices.
