Are you dealing with a formulation problem? There’s likely an aqueous solution for it. My 7+ years of formulation design experience in the agrochemicals industry focuses heavily on creating and troubleshooting aqueous-based products. High-loading? No problem. Extremely saline environment? No problem. Low-melting or partially-soluble active ingredient? No problem. The more difficult the challenge, the more interesting. Currently, I am leading a small team in designing Vive’s products with Allosperse®, and barring any unforeseen circumstances, one of our recent successes will join Vive’s upcoming commercial product portfolio! It will be very exciting to see this product at retailers in the not-too-distant future, and even more exciting to hear about any related grower successes. In this role, I am not only constantly gaining technical knowledge from every project, but also learning how to help guide my team members’ successes. Personally, I find that creativity, passion, and good experimentation are key to high quality novel product development. When you have a solid team with these characteristics and are running on unlimited coffee, success is right around the corner.
