Experienced IT Manager along with wide-scale Architectural skills. I have 15 years' experience in the designing and implementing of IT solutions for Finance, Telecom and Logistics industries in the roles of Developer, Architect, Project and Product Manager. During my career I've worked on various types of IT systems (CRM, payment systems, a number of SOA integration solutions, billing, collection) and industries (finance, telecom, logistics). Therefore, I gained wide-scale expertise in different types of solutions, approaches and technologies. As an IT Manager I've been working for about 7 years, being responsible for all aspects of IT delivery: staffing, architecture, analytics, development, quality assurance, risk management, vendor management, PnL. During this time, I've built a number of teams from scratch, led teams up to 50 people including hiring, motivating, rotating, efficiency control, training, career development, team building. Also, I have experience of sharp scaling of the team both in the direction of increasing and reducing. I have significant experience in transformation of IT processes, implementation and maintenance of Agile approaches to software development, being a Scrum Master and a coach of Scrum Masters from time to time. As an Architect I am able to work at all levels of architecture: Enterprise, Solution, Software, Technical. My various experience in different roles allows me to have a high-level architectural view, along with keeping an eye for technical details. I generally use the TOGAF approach for architecture management with certain changes to the specific needs of the company or project. As a Developer I have hands-on experience in building high-loaded Java backend applications, SOA solutions (Java, Oracle SOA Suite, IBM Integration Bus) and designing distributed databases and data migration procedures for Oracle DB.
