Throughout my 20+ years in the Customer Service field, I’ve made it my mission to leave a positive lasting impression on each client I engage with. Customer satisfaction is the pinnacle of my work, so I strive to exceed expectations and build a positive client rapport from the outset. As a result, I work well in demanding client service roles that require proficient problem-solving skills, active listening, customer orientation, and conflict resolution. My career highlights include: Achieved 85% Customer Satisfaction Rating and 80% First Call Resolution in a high-volume call center. Booked high-profile customer experiences such as the Statue of Liberty Tour, Ellis Island Tour, and Alcatraz Island Tour. Managed onboarding event staff for the largest software conference in the world, hosting 91 countries and attendees- 2017 Dreamforce Awarded 6 Top Achiever bonuses for sustaining less than 1% error margin on client accounts. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Speech/Organizational Communication from San Francisco University.
