About Kirk Burns

I serve as a Design Consultant with The Birner Group – Renewal by Andersen, specializing in high-performance window and patio door systems for residential and multi-unit properties. My work focuses on the intersection of architectural integration, material performance, and long-term exterior planning — particularly for lake-adjacent and high-exposure communities where environmental stress can accelerate wear on building systems. In addition to individual homeowner consultation, I am developing a structured pilot program designed to support property management firms and HOA boards with coordinated replacement pathways. The objective is to:• Maintain architectural consistency• Reduce administrative burden• Provide defined warranty and service accountability• Support long-term reserve planningRenewal by Andersen’s Fibrex® composite framing system is engineered for dimensional stability and structural integrity in demanding environments, with comprehensive coverage including parts, labor, and insulated glass performance standards.Beyond my work in exterior systems, I am the founder of Wellness Elevation — a platform exploring the intersection of mindset, metabolic health, and longevity science. My background in performance optimization and long-term thinking informs how I approach both business and building systems: with a focus on durability, clarity, and strategic planning.
