About Kirk Florence

I am a commercial litigation and product liability trial lawyer with more than 30 years of experience. I have a demonstrated track record of achieving successful outcomes for my clients, and my ability to do that has earned their trust. I am known for being responsive and efficient in dealing with clients, creative and practical in reaching resolutions, and calm and collected in the heat of battle. My outside interests center around my wife and two sons, and branch out into music, literature, running, dogs, travel and sports. I am a passionate supporter of the Myotonic Dystrophy Foundation and the disability community. I am a certified Positive Coaching Alliance youth coach, and have coached youth basketball, baseball, football and soccer for many years.
