About Kirk Neuner

Kirk Neuner earned his J.D. and MBA Degrees from Georgetown University. He received his legal training as an Associate Attorney at Kelley Drye & Warren, Cozen O'Connor predecessor Gilchrist & Rutter, and Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays & Handler. He obtained his finance training at Overseas Private Investment Corporation and Nationsbank. Mr. Neuner has held finance and tax manager positions at Enron International, Enron Corp. and Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG). In 2022, Mr. Neuner joined the General Liability national practice group at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith to assist in providing superior defense of clients in various types of liability lawsuits and superior legal representation in real estate and business transactions. As a senior in college, he conducted thorough research into an LNG gasification plant project sought by San Diego Gas & Electric that would have imported Indonesian LNG to California using a financially shaky tanker company. SDG & E abandoned the project after Mr. Neuner's supervisor gave the research results to the press. Mr. Neuner began his career as a Lyndon Baines Johnson Scholar and Legislative Assistant to Congressman Harold T. Johnson, Chairman of the House Public Works and Transportation Committee.
