Direct Valeting are one of the leading providers of outsourced vehicle preparation services to the UK retail motor industry. Through organic growth we have gone from a moderate sized company to a thriving organisation. Following a buyout by current management in 2004, we have steadily grown into one of the UK’s market leaders, providing fully managed outsourced valeting and imaging service to a nationwide customer base of blue chip motor dealerships. Direction comes from Jason Carpenter (Managing Director), Steve Brown (Operations Director), and Lesley Murphy (Finance Director). Field operations are marshalled by our dedicated team of Regionals. Like the directors they have unrivalled experience in professional valeting, whilst still possessing the necessary drive, energy and determination to make things happen. We have built a significant presence throughout the UK, through word of mouth and a continued focus on delivering the highest quality of service. We have driven customer retention to unprecedented levels. This has been achieved by providing our operational managers with the time and support to focus on delivering a superior service.
