I specialize in working with adults, high-achieving professionals, and individuals navigating addiction, grief, trauma, sexual compulsivity, life transitions, and co-occurring disorders. Based in Englewood, Colorado, I serve clients across the Denver metro area—including Littleton, Lakewood, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, Aurora, and beyond—I also provide secure, remote telehealth across Colorado. My clinical training includes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Psychodrama, and Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), which I integrate within a humanistic, trauma-informed framework. I believe therapy is not about being “fixed”—it’s about being seen and guided back to the truth already within. My role as a therapist is to help clients uncover the answers they carry, using curiosity, connection, and clinical insight.
