With over 10 Years experience as a call centre agent taking phone call after phone call, I feel I have the experience needed to complete anything you were to put in my direction as a technical call centre agent. Examples of my skills and abilities Include- Knowledge of computers from building them to repairing them as well as I have worked with a wide array of software as well as Hardware such as Ipads, Tablets, Android Phones, Laptops, Macs etc- I have worked with multiple ticketing systems and of course all the troubleshooting software and data basis that come with them. I have worked with Office Suite, Windows Software, Multiple Anti-Virus, Emails, Cell phone Software, Microsoft Software, Windows Servers, Azure, Intune, and a wide range of other software to large to list- I can multitask and talk with the client as I find out what the issues is as well as resolve it in real time while they are on the phone limiting hold time and stay calm under pressure.
