As a Chief Learning Officer and Principal Consultant, I leverage my 20+ years of experience in the technology, education, and publishing industries to design and deliver impactful learning experiences for the skills of the future. I have a proven track record of creating strategic growth, scaling operations, and building strong talent pipelines for public and private companies of various sizes and sectors. Previously, I was the Vice President of Content at Udacity, where I led a team of up to 50 in the planning, development, and maintenance of content experiences, from teasers to multi-month long learning paths. I also directed and influenced learning product and content development tooling with Product and Engineering teams. As a key member of the Core Leadership team, I provided insights from my experience in the learning development and corporate learning spaces. I am passionate about mentoring, innovation, speaking, data analysis, and talent development, and I enjoy sharing my expertise and learnings with others. My mission is to empower learners of all backgrounds and levels to achieve their personal and professional goals.
