I’m an experienced System Engineer and Power and Performance (PnP) Technical Lead for a global, server development organization within Intel. I provide end-to-end product validation strategies, test content, and execution plans for the HW & SW integration of next generation data center processors and platforms. I’m strong in platform technologies such as DDR4/5/T, PCIE, power management, storage, networking, security, RAS, accelerators, etc, and the interactions of these technologies with system firmware, drivers, and operating systems. I work to clarify product use cases and requirements; ensuring requirements are testable with clear success criteria. I'm experienced and comfortable in leading teams of people including defect triage, resolution taskforces, and direct team management. I'm also passionate about working with customers and I am a leader in driving server validation methods and collaborations across the worldwide server development industry. Technical Skills: computer performance analysis using tools such as EMON, PCM, Vtune. Platform manipulation using instrumentation such as in-target-probe (XDP). Ability to configure, run, and troubleshoot performance benchmarks. Debug of subsystems such as memory, PCIe, networking, storage, and power management and others. Strong test content and process development capability for both internal and external consumption. Ability to define and analyze product quality metrics as well as validation process and ‘learning’ metrics. Fluent with Windows, Linux and hypervisors.
