As an E-Commerce Executive at Orascom Hotels Management, I am responsible for managing the online presence and performance of the hotel chain, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and revenue generation. I work with various departments and stakeholders to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies, campaigns, and platforms, using my skills in customer service, computer software, and hotel management. I have a strong passion for the hospitality industry, which I developed during my bachelor's degree in hotel/motel administration/management from Minia University and my previous roles as a front desk representative, a reservations supervisor, and an assistant reservations manager at different hotel groups. I have received multiple honors and certifications for my leadership, problem-solving, and up-selling abilities, and I have learned to deliver the mission of a brand with every action and interaction. My goal is to continue to grow and excel in the e-commerce domain, and to contribute to the success and reputation of Orascom Hotels Management.
