Deep background in financial services through 15 years of experience across Capital Markets products and operations. I have assisted C-Suite Execs on strategy development, led execution of executive sponsored initiatives, built operating and tech investment budgets, executed workforce transformation projects, led multi-million-dollar efficiency initiatives and managed a variety of technology implementations and operational processes. I am a transformative leader who leverages data to lead decision making. I have a natural curiosity for advances in technology, most specifically in Data Science and the evolving fields of AI and Machine Learning. I have a Masters of Science in Investments, Banking and Securities from the University of Reading and a Bachelors of Software Engineering & Management from McMaster University.
