I have over 15 years of rail industry major project experience with considerable depth in freight rail and light rail project management. My experience spans across strategic operational improvement projects, major construction projects, rolling stock projects and asset renewal programs through all phases of project delivery. I use my established skills in stakeholder engagement and understanding client objectives to deliver my clients projects to the highest level of success with a smooth transition from project delivery into business as usual operation. I have a strong technical background in mechanical and process systems, rail, civil and signalling infrastructure as well as train control systems. Coupled with this, I understand my clients' business strategies, operations, customers and financial goals which drive their project needs. It is with this rare set of skills that I am able to deliver holistic business outcomes for my clients, not just projects.
