About Kirsten Acker

I have recently expanded my skills through working front desk at a dentist office for a little over a year. I’ve learned how to verify insurance and how to communicate to create optimal office flow. I’ve also sharpened up my customer service skills that I acquired through the restaurant industry. Previously, I branched out in the customer service world to use my skills as a Virtual Assistant. Everyday, I helped people find answers and provided assistance virtually. Along the way, I have strengthened my communication skills via phone calls, e-mails, and instant messaging. In addition to those refined skills, I also went to school for Graphic Design. I apply my attention to detail and creativity to tasks daily. I have also designed many logos for small businesses as well as a book cover. I believe by using these skills, I will be able to combine them to work for a company that helps me grow in a creative and strong way.
