About Kirsten Bourcoud

I am a Work | Organizational Psychologist with a diversified experience in the business environment. For nearly 15 years I have managed the marketing and international sales of consumer brands in different industries, as well as headed various marketing and corporate-level projects, including the restructuring of an SME. Today, I help professionals and organizations alike to improve their well-being and performance. Particular cases in my work may be - a manager experiencing difficulties handling conflictual situations - a professional going through a transition and seeking career guidance - assessing how well matched are candidates to a specific position, or where their development potential lies. I am certified by the public foundation Promotion Santé Suisse to assist organizations in leveraging their employee health management, so as to improve their HR performance indicators and ultimately obtain the Swiss quality label “Friendly Work Space”. This diverse HR consulting work with such unique, interesting and deeply touching people represents a constant source of inspiration and motivation for me. Each and every day.
