As a Police Professional Standards Technician, I bring a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to supporting the development and integrity of our department's training and mentorship programs. With a foundation in criminal justice and over 8 years of experience in regulatory compliance and risk management, I now focus on organizing training schedules, coordinating administrative operations, and ensuring that officer development initiatives align with professional standards. In my current role, I assist with the planning and execution of departmental training programs, support the mentor program, and help interpret and act on community feedback gathered through the city's survey system. My background in anti-money laundering (AML) and auditing has sharpened my ability to analyze complex data, manage sensitive information, and maintain operational transparency—skills that directly support our department’s commitment to accountability and continuous improvement. Outside of work, I remain engaged in community service through volunteer efforts that reflect my dedication to ethical leadership and public service.
