About Kisakye Aarone

Currently working with the Petroleum Authority of Uganda (PAU) as an Information Technology Support Intern, after the Internship period got finished I was retained as a resource personnel to continue giving support in the same line due to the great support and work done at the Authority. Here I have had an opportunity of working with the contractors who are building a Data Center for PAU, I have also gained extra skills in the field of Information Technology concerning support and management. Worked with Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development under the Directorate of Geological Survey and Mines as an Information Technology Support Trainee for 1.5 years. Here had an opportunity of setting up new servers and databases for the Geothermal Information Management System, contributed to the building of Online Mining Cadaster System and also gained a lot of experience with managing and supporting clients. I am also working with SEMS which is a company hiring teachers of different subjects and I am teaching Computer Science and I have been with them since 2018 to date. Worked with Shakes Universal Internet Café as an officer for 2 years providing internet services and information technology support to all customers.
