Helping Malaysian homes go solar — and making it scale. Since 2021, I’ve been part of Verdant Solar’s leadership team, taking the company from RM15M → RM120M revenue and scaling installs from 51 to 480 per month. When I joined, service tickets averaged ~40 days with >10% defects (<500 installs base). Today, we run at an SLA <2 days with <3% defects across installs—and we’ve done it while lowering unit costs to stay competitive. What I focus on: Scaling ops: Project Execution Blueprint (hiring → career paths → promotions); single-threaded owner of the Project org (Design, PE, Install Ops & O&M). Team & regions: Grew a ~24-person project org across Central/North/South; added O&M capability and matured Supply Chain from reactive to planned. Client excellence: SLA ~40 days → 10% → <3%.(while scaling) Cost wins: Endorsements (-52%); Central delivery (-22.2%); regional route costing (-35% to -52.5% avg/site on 2–4 sites); skylift costing (-61.5%); roof checks costing (-40%). Leadership: Set bold goals, build the operating rhythm, and hold the bar on quality and safety.
