He is very inquisitive, strategic thinker who plans the things meticulously & Passionate for his job, education, and family and will go above and beyond the scope of his duties to reach his goals in life. He is technically sound and looks after all the aspects while planning. Kislay's career began as an Development Engineer at TVS Motor Company in year 2009 and had worked with Hero MotoCorp in 2013 and Maruti Suzuki in 2015 till date.Learnt many fundamental aspects of engineering such as Product Development, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Process.Well traveled from both business and personal perspective in North America, Japan & Mexico.Expertise in New product introduction & development of Proprietary Electrical and Mechanical, Product Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Costing and pricing of proprietary parts. Adept in end to end project planning and execution, with distinction of playing a key role in execution of projects. Kislay is CSIR Awardee (Govt of India) & Won several awards which includes Debate Competition (Govt of Orissa),INSSAN Award,National Fellowship, Tag of Proud of IACR College, Victor of the Month, Quarterly Awards etc.
