Having completed more than 14+ years in the sales field I find myself in a position where I have navigated an exhilarating journey. It started with me being an individual contributor and now has come to me leading a team of over 60+ professionals. My expertise lies in strategic planning sales management and crafting winning marketing strategies. I hold an advanced education in brand analysis and marketing research from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow complemented by a PGDM in Marketing and Human Resources from NIILM Center For Management Studies. Additionally I earned an MBA in Marketing from NIILM University and specialized in Brand Management at Poitiers University France. My professional journey began at Infocom Network Limited (Tradeindia.com) as a Sr. Sales Executive where I excelled in client engagement and closing deals in the B2B sector. 1.5 years asAssistant Manager in Google was where I developed and executed successful digital marketing campaigns leveraging SEO SEM and email marketing strategies. This was followed by 4 years in India Today where I drove sales growth and managed key client relationships and developed my specific skills in sales management and team leadership. This was followed by close to 3 years with Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd where I was promoted to State Head managing entire Punjab operations. I then advanced to Zonal Sales Manager at DURABUILD a leader in construction chemicals honing my strategic planning and branding skills while leading a team of 32. Currently I serve as the General Manager at GC Tiles and Chemicals a prominent subsidiary of GC Cera Tiles known for its international reach in the construction chemicals industry. Here I leverage my extensive sales background to drive results and contribute to the company's growth and success.
