Hi, I'm Kit. I am a marketing manager, CRM specialist, and relationship builder. With almost 10 years of success building B2C and B2B marketing campaigns and social media marketing initiatives, I am an expert in fueling brand recognition, customer trust, and revenue growth. Additionally, I offer proven expertise in CRM administration, CRM marketing, and CRM reporting. I've touched all parts of the pipeline! Beyond my expertise in marketing and CRM, I am a fierce advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). I am deeply committed to creating inclusive, equitable workplaces that foster a sense of belonging. In 2019, I proudly founded CU Direct's inaugural LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group (ERG).
